While heat index expected to be around 105, temperature sure have reached 103 today in Dallas, TX around 3.30PM. Took the picture of the dashboard indicator while waiting at a signal. It feels little better than yesterday though due to occasional clouds and winds. It was much worse yesterday.

Many a times, we hate governments regulating the way we live and argue statistical probabilities. Felt very sorry to read this story. When it comes to life, we may not get second chances always. Safety standards may be based on statistics, but our lives aren't.
