Electricity has become a major issue for almost all parts of the state, even after State Government buying Electricity from the grid spending crores of rupees every day.
This is the month of October and still official power cuts run into 10-12 hours in certain districts. If you talk to people that are living particularly in rural and urban areas, these power cuts run so much higher, that they only talk about number hours they may see Electricity.
Agriculture, the backbone of India, gets electricity for just around 4-7 hours a day. Can you really grow any crop with 4-5 hours a day?
